moRi La Belle Brasserie (モリ ラ・ベル・ブラッスリー)。ビストロ。恵比寿。
恵比寿の西口を出て線路沿いの坂を上っていったところにある。「かのふ」が入っているビルの3階にある。店内は落ち着いた大人の雰囲気。カウンターとテーブル席、テラス席もある。カウンターは木の風合いがよく気持ちが落ち着く。
料理は和の食材とたくさん使っており、フレンチの創作系をいえる。アラカルト中心だが、コースも2つ準備されている。アラカルトか迷ったが、5670円のコースを食べた(税・チャージ料込み)。FIXのコース。アミューズ、前菜、メイン、リゾット、デザート、ドリンクという構成。季節の野菜をふんだんに取り入れたコースになっている。
アミューズのホワイトアスパラのポタージュはよかった。香りがとてもよく、ジュレ状になったバルサミコがアクセントになっている。前菜からメインまでは、ちょっとちぐはぐな感じで焦点が定まらない料理だった。ホワイトアスパラ、筍、蛍烏賊をいよかんのマヨネーズで頂く前菜は、まとまりがなく狙いがよく分からない。これならマヨネーズをやめて、もっとシンプルなソースにしたほうがよい。また温度が低すぎでホワイトアスパラは香りがかなり弱かった。メインは牛肉を桜の葉で巻いてローストしたもの。桜の香りがとてもよく食欲をそそられるし、シンプルなジュのソースでバランスもよかったが、火がやや通り過ぎだったのが残念。リゾットはたらの芽など春の和の食材を使った内容。ここまで和の食材が続くと、ちょっとやりすぎだなあと感じてしまう。
デザートのチョコレートのアイスクリームをバナナのスプーマのソースで食べるものは、創作系でも全体のまとまりがあって完成度が高かった。全体的にはまだ試行錯誤の段階なのかもしれない。いい方向に伸びる予感がするお店ではある。
