恵比寿駅東口前にあるCAFFÈ & BAR PRONTO（カフェ＆バープロント）恵比寿東口店。
｢PRONTO（プロント）」とは、イタリア語で“用意ができている”の意味。朝から夜までいつでも、ということらしい。
待ち合わせまでの時間があるのでカフェタイム。朝なのでオープンしているお店が少なくこちらに入ります。多分、ファーストフードは普段入ることがないので5年ぶり位です。
メニューを拝見します。朝食セットがいくつかあって、トーストセットはなんと３６０円、となっていたので朝食後でも興味がわいて注文しました。
トーストセット・トースト、サラダ、ゆで卵 or ヨーグルト、ドリンク。コーヒーだけ持って席に行きあとは、席に持ってきていただけるようです。店内は清潔さを保っていて気持ちいいですね。
【パン】
トースト。5枚切りっぽい厚みのある焼きたてパンなので、香りも良く、美味しい。バター付き。もっと薄いのかと思っていたので驚く。
【玉子】
好みの固ゆで。もし半熟が好みの人はどうするのかな。
【サラダ】
千切りキャベツが主体でドレッシングがきちんとまんべんなくかかり、おいしい。
【COFFE】
『アイスコーヒー』
たっぷり。
コンセントまであるんですね。こんな快適な空間なら、今後も利用したいと思いました。
タイフェア、なんて企画ものを開催中で、ただのカフェと思いきや、メニュー内容があまりに優れているのも驚きました。もっと視野を広めないと、乗り遅れますね。
