今日はサーモンのタラコバター。
サーモンがもうちょっと入ってると嬉しい。
でも、普通に美味しかったです。

Thank you for the quick lunch
I didn't have much time today, so I had a quick lunch at Pronto. In less than 5 minutes, your pasta will be piping hot. Today's menu is Red Snow Crab and Turnip Cream Sauce, which costs 880 yen individually, but you can add a salad and drink set for an additional 350 yen. The cream sauce is rich yet light and not overpowering, and there's flaked crab meat on top, which doesn't have a lot of flavor, but it does have a distinct crab flavor. The turnips were probably frozen and thawed, so they were a little watery, and they didn't mix well with the soup, so I was a little disappointed. The noodles are chewy and handmade. It's not as good as a pasta shop, but I think it's good when you want to have a quick lunch.

このパスタは、コーヒーショップのそれとは
思えないくらい美味しかったです。
「駿河湾産桜海老とキャベツのガーリックバター風味」830円
いわゆるガリバタみたいなジャンクな味でなく
どちらかというとペペロンチーノに近い。
そのベースに、香ばしい桜海老、海苔、と
磯の風味が調和します。キャベツも甘くて
このひと皿の中でいろんな香り、いろんな味覚が
刺激されて、一口一口が美味しい。そして
たまに、ころりんと出てくるトマト。
セミドライトマトなんでしょうけど
ガーリックバターのスープを吸って
ジューシーで、酸味と甘みが良いアクセントに。
具材をぜんぶ絡ませて食べても美味しいし
食べるところによって、具材がバラバラなのも
楽しくて美味しかった。
そもそもプロントのパスタは、麺が本当に
多いのだけど、これは、美味しくて
味が単調でなく、ぺろりっと食べられました。
なかなかに美味しくって本当に
びっくりしました！
