恵比寿ガーデンプレイス近くにあるビストロ。
カウンターとテーブル席。明るい店内です。
ネットでランチコースを予約。３８５０円。
内容はトウモロコシとズワイガニのムース、カルパッチョのサラダ仕立て
オニオングラタンスープ、選べるパスタ、選べるメイン、選べるデザート、ドリンク。
なんて豪華。パスタは３種類から選べました。
ごろごろサーモンとほうれん草のクリームソースに。
ショートパスタとロングパスタに変更してもらいました。
メインはメカジキの香草パン粉焼きプーリア風をチョイス。
フォカッチャも付いているので、かなりのボリュームです。
トウモロコシのムースいは蟹身がたっぷり。なめらか。
鮮魚はメジナとイカ。季節のフレッシュな野菜がたっぷりです。
チーズも入っていて白ワインに合いそう。オニオンスープは優しい味わい。
パスタには本当にコロコロとサーモン入っていてクリームソースもグリーン色。
クリーミーなソース。パスタによく絡みます。この相性は鉄板ですね。
メカジキの香草焼きは、トマトベースのソースで。ブロッコリーの素揚かな？
アンチョビ風味でとても好み。デザートはイチゴのパンナコッタにしました。
もうお腹いっぱい。接客も気が利いていて、料理が運ばれてくるタイミングもいい。
コースを予約すると、パスタ増量などのサービスもあるよう。
夜でアラカルトで訪問してみたいお店となりました。
