今回訪問したのはAU GAMIN DE TOKIO。
木下威征シェフが構成するGAMINの一つです。過去にTRATTORIA MODEやブロックスも訪問したこともありますが、低価格ながらにコース量も多く、満足いくコースを毎度楽しめていたので一度訪問してみたいと思っていましたがついにその日がやってきました。
地下のお店も含めてこのビル自体がGAMINグループでほぼ占有する中で高級路線にあたるAU GAMIN DE TOKIOはライブ感あるカウンターキッチンが特徴的ですが、今回は時期柄もあり個室へ訪問することとなりました。
個室も狭すぎず広すぎず、暖かさある空間とマッチして居心地としてはカウンターより良さそう。
今回は『Chef's Selection 〜 本日のお任せコース』をオーダーしました。
パン
三軒茶屋にある系列店のパン屋さんのパン。バケットとかつおのお出汁を使ったパンでしたが、かつおのお出汁を使ったパンは絶品。口の中でかつおの旨味がとてもよく広がり鼻から抜ける落ち着き感。もちろんおかわりする美味しさです。
初夏の味覚オードブル3種の盛り合わせ
とうもろこしムース
こちらのスペシャリテの一品。とうもろこしムースがとても風味高く、それに合わさる雲丹もとても良く合います。
しまあじと水なす
しまあじの風味が素晴らしく鼻から良く抜けて、水なすのみずみずしさもとても良く合う
馬刺し 小メロン
もっちりとした旨味高さと食感が素晴らしい。
