肉巻きまかない弁当が美味し過ぎて、明日もまた食べようと思います！
Chompyとゆうデリバリーアプリで注文しました。
お店自体は炭火焼のお店です。
テイクアウトやデリバリーは、肉巻きおにぎりがメインみたいですね。
私はまかない弁当を注文しました。
ごはんは山椒の実が混ぜ込んであり、爽やか美味しいです。
丁度良い濃さと丁度良い味つけ。
柔らかく、しっとりジューシーなやまゆり豚のばら肉を、たっぷりとのせてあります。
ご飯の間にも豚肉が挟んであり、お得感もたまりません！
私はご飯よりもお肉を沢山食べたい派なので、かなり嬉しい！
こうゆう男飯みたいなお弁当はガッツリした味付けなイメージでしたが、
重たくないし、しつこくなくて、女性でもあっさりと完食出来ます。
とても美味しかったです。
また明日も注文しようと思っています。
明日は、肉巻きおにぎりが3個入った一番人気のお弁当も一緒に頼んでみよう～

テーブルで、スタッフさんが炭火焼してくれるスタイル。
丁寧に素材に合わせた焼き加減で提供してくれます。
最初はコースで頼もうと思っていたのですが、お店に行ったらメニューにコースの表記が無く。
スタッフさんにコース内容の説明もして貰ったのですが。
私達の場合はコースよりもアラカルトで注文した方が良さそうだったので、アラカルトで注文しました。

私はきのこが好きなので、野菜をきのこ多めにしてくれました。
盛り合わせは、季節によって内容が変わるそうです。
肉厚な椎茸や茶色いエノキが凄く美味しかった！
東京産の蕪も焼いて食べたのは初めてで、甘くジューシーで美味しかったです。
野菜盛りにはハルミチーズとゆう、焼いても溶けないチーズが入っていて。
この焼いたチーズがまた美味しかった！
野菜もキノコもシシャモもお肉も全部美味しかったです！
もちろん、肉巻きおにぎりも絶品だし。
お肉を食べる時に提供される、実山椒のオイル漬けと煮詰めたバルサミコのソースがまた絶品でした！
豚肉にも牛肉にも合う！！
実山椒のオイル漬けは瓶詰で販売してるとの事で、買って帰りましたよ。
今回初めて食べた焼きバナナも、クリーミーでほっくりしていて、甘みが増していて凄く美味しかったです。
バニラアイスとラム酒を絡めて食べるのもお気に入りです。
唯一、キダイ一夜干しは小さな細い骨が多くて、お魚が得意でない私には難しかったです。
遠火でゆっくりと焼いていくので、食べ始めから終了まで３時間ほど。
平均的な滞在時間だそうです。
確かに、お隣のテーブルの方々は私達が来る前から居て、帰る時もまだ食べていましたしねぇ。
普段1時間程で食べて帰る私達夫婦にしては、ゆっくり食べ過ぎて。
野菜盛りを食べ終わったぐらいでお腹が落ち着いていたのですが、美味しくて全部食べられちゃいました。
帰りには、肉巻かない弁当をお土産に買って帰りました～
