広尾駅から少し歩いたところにある炭火焼きのお店。店内はカウンターと掘りごたつのテーブル席。席の間も広くゆっくりできる。
注文したのはサーロインのコース。
野菜からはじまるが、野菜がとにかく瑞々しくて美味しい。エリンギは焼いているとびっくりするくらい水分が出てきて、とてもジューシー。塩で食べると野菜の甘みも引き立つ。
この日の魚は西京焼き。炭火で焼くだけあって、外はこんがり中はホクホク。
サーロインは少し硬かったのが残念。こちらも塩のみなので、ちょっと単調に。ステーキソースなど欲しかった。
ご飯を挟んで、ここのスペシャリテの焼きバナナ。焼くとバナナの甘みや芳醇さが際立って別の食べ物みたい。
ここは何といっても野菜が抜群だった。
炭火でゆっくりした時間を過ごせるし、心のこもった接客も良かった。
