投稿はお初だが、実は4回目の訪問。
行きつけの人に教えてもらったのがきっかけで訪れている。
緊急事態宣言明けということで、4人の少人数で久々のお食事会。
店内も広く換気が良いため、コロナの心配が無い。
このお店の特徴は立地が恵比寿～代官山にあり、大人感プラスなんと言っても『隠れ家感』だろう。
初めて行く人はまず迷うww
皆さんの外観写真をきちんと見てから行きましょう。
エントランスまでの通路は照明の演出でシック。
店内は、現代アートも飾られていてシャレオツ。
さて久々の来店だが、いつもの一品からスタート。
『東京一美味しい！？シーザーサラダ』
すごいボリュームかつ、薄くパリパリに揚げられたチーズが香ばしくお酒がとまらない。
ヘルシーかつ特性ドレッシングも美味しく、『エンドレスシーザーサラダ』に改名した方が良いのではないだろうかw
チーズと言えば女子、女子と言えばチーズということで、女性ウケ間違いない。
『トリュフオムレツ』は、フワッフワッのオムレツにトリュフが敷き詰められていて、目黒特集のグルメ雑誌の表紙写真に選ばれた、逸品。
『ローストビーフと茄子』は、揚げた茄子にローストビーフが挟まれて焼かれたものに、特製わさび醤油ソースがかけられている。
付け合わせのパンがとまらない。。。
その他、『イサキのカルパッチョ』は新鮮だし、『お肉前菜３種盛り合わせ』はボリューミー、とどめに『さばのフリット』を四人で、完食！！
どの料理もボリュームがあるので、最後は本当にお腹いっぱい、、、
これでお店は採算が合うのか心配になるw
ワインのボトルは2本飲んだが、基本3900円のボトルをシェフが何本か紹介してくれる。
リーズナブルなのに選んだワインどちらもとても美味しかった。
もちろんこだわり派の人はもっと高級ワインも選ぶことができる。
初めての人は、
◼️シーザーサラダ
◼️トリュフオムレツ
◼️ローストビーフと茄子
この三品を押さえれば間違いない！！
今回はアラカルトでオーダーしたが、前回は3時間飲み放題付きコース。
どちらもコスパが半端ない。
