「複雑な料理はできません」と五十嵐さん。
ぼくは、シンプルで素材が生きている料理が好みなので、好感が持てます。
複雑にいじくり回した料理は、必ずしも美味しいわけでないですし。
この日の料理は、総じて穏やかで、しかししっかり旨味の印象が残りました。
中でも、餡かけ風のセイコガニの飯蒸しは、飲食に残りました。
これは五十嵐さんのスペシャリテと言っていい料理ですね。
また伺える機会を作れれば、と思っています。
季節毎に伺えるといいですね！
