何やら改装していて
最近改装が終わったとのことで
リニューアルオープンのお祝い
ってとこでの食事会にお呼ばれしたのです。
同行者曰く
店内はガラリと変わったのこと
以前の店舗は分かりませんが
超正統派っぽい設えが素敵です。
折敷もかっこいい。
持って帰りたい！
先ずはビールで乾杯と。
コロナ禍
改装期間などで
スタッフさんが入れ替わりが多かったようで
不慣れな方が多く
給仕、調理など各所で時間が取られたりするのは
仕方ない。
こういう店に来る方は基本急いでないでしょうから
気長に待ちましょう。
先付けは チヂミほうれん草 とんぶり いくら
とんぶりは長芋か何かのトロミでまとまっていますね
プチプチ美味しい。
前菜盛り合わせ 八寸
クラシックな仕立てです。
家の器の中は柿の白和え
左は海老芋の唐揚げ 海老芋の皮も唐揚げにしてありました。
カラスミ ムカゴ 銀杏
ローストビーフ 薩摩芋チップなど
鹿に紅葉の柄
素敵なお椀の中は
季節の雲子
ウグイス菜
金時人参
出汁も正統派
鰹と昆布だけの淡い出汁でしょうか。
造りは
鯛 メジマグロ 軽く漬けにしてあります。
冬の宝物
香箱蟹は 餡掛けの飯蒸し仕立て。
キンキンに冷たいより温かい方が寒い日は嬉しい。
焼物はカマスの幽庵焼き。
栗のパウダーが散らしてあります。
脂のノリも良くカマスは美味しい。
スッポンは焼きだけで仕上げられており
肉肉しいタレ焼き。
手で掴んで食べた方が良さそうです。
炊き合わせは蕪 のみ
どシンプルですね。
ちょっと寂しいかな。
締めは3種類くらいから選べたのですが
スッポン雑炊。
お肉も割と入っていて
お代わりも何度か出来るのは嬉しい美味しい。
熱々！
デザートはフルーツのゼリー寄せにカスタードソースを掛けたものと
定番の水羊羹。
口溶け滑らかな水羊羹は
さっぱりして美味しい！
日本酒も料理と合わせて色々いただきました。
新しいお店は
綺麗で良いですね。
久しぶりの日本料理を堪能しました。
