恵比寿はこじんまりしていて、ハイチェアテーブル席と、カウンター席があります。
めちゃめちゃ美味かったのは、たっぷり魚介のメロッソ、オムレツ、牡蠣のアヒージョ。これは間違いないですね……
とにかく、このメロッソはパエリアより好きでした、汁気が多く、リゾットのような食感です。エビも、ムール貝も、イカの旨みがぎゅぎゅっとしていて、満足感も高いです。
また食べにきたい！あとは前菜の中ではオムレツがジャガイモと塩気ののバランスがとてもよく、美味しかった。それに牡蠣のアヒージョはめちゃいい。
なんといっても、プリプリでうんまい。旨みも十分でした。おすすめです。
今回ドライなシェリー種頂きましたが、樽間というかブランデーのようなねっとりとした味わいだということがわかって面白かったです。
