We have a shop owner who has traveled to Scotland, Italy and France. We have a variety of valuable alcoholic beverages purchased locally. Since it is a precious alcohol, we can only serve it straight. As for English, I'm pretty good. Japan's unique seasonal Organic Food fruit cocktails are also popular.

We are proud of our alcoholic beverages, which are difficult to obtain in Japan, or imported but expensive. What we call rare varies from person to person, but our store has many brandies from the 1800s. In addition, the shop owner personally goes to the site and purchases the items. There are many bottles made by the president of the company. We only use Organic Food fruits from proven sources, including where, by whom, and how they are grown. We are the only store in the world that uses miracle apples.
