初代は魚屋、現在は4代目が腕を振るう恵比寿の老舗店。
ランチの評判を聞きつけ、じっくりお料理を味わいたくディナーに伺いました。
場所は恵比寿駅から徒歩6〜7分ほど。
明治通り沿いの角地にあります。
作業場を囲むカウンターに、お座敷。
おひとり様も複数名でも落ち着いて楽しめる雰囲気が良いですね。
今回はお店のおすすめを色々と味わいたかったので
『特選6600円コース』を予約。
これがお値段以上のコスパとボリュームでした！
・先付 つくねと大根人参の煮物
しっかりと味が染みた根菜と、大振りのつくね。
辛子が良いアクセントになっています。
・本日のお刺身盛り合わせ
中トロ、赤身、鰹、アオリイカ、縞鯵等
ピンと角の立った新鮮そのものの刺身はどれも旨味たっぷり。
刺身は誤魔化しが効かないので、お店の質がわかりますね。
・焼物 鰆の幽庵焼き
脂の乗った鰆はしっかり味が入っていながらも、濃過ぎず、お酒のアテにぴったり。
ご飯と合わせるならもっと濃い方が良いのかもしれませんが、コースの一品としてならこのくらいの味付けがベストかと。
・海鮮茶碗蒸し
魚介たっぷりの具沢山な茶碗蒸し。
ぷるっぷるの卵と魚介の旨味が凝縮され、コース中盤の良い休憩になります。
・産直白身魚と野菜の天ぷら
この日は甘鯛、ししとう、舞茸、茄子の4種類。
サクっとふわふわな甘鯛はもちろんのこと、個人的に天ぷらで外せないししとう、舞茸、茄子だったのが感動、、！！
だいぶお腹もいっぱいでしたが美味しくいただきました。
・水蛸と鮑の酢の物
大振りの鮑と蛸の豪華な酢の物。
柔らかく程よい歯応えで日本酒が欲しくなります笑
・ネバトロぶっかけ素麺
いくらやめかぶ、とろろなど具材たっぷりのお素麺。
かなりお腹いっぱいだったので、お素麺は「かなり少なめで！」とお願いしました汗
それでも具材の豪華さはそのままに、〆までしっかり美味しい逸品に大満足。
・抹茶のアイスクリーム
ほっと温まるお茶と渋みが効いた抹茶アイスクリームでほっこり。
お魚中心のコースですと満足感が足りないこともありますが。
こちらのコースはボリュームもクオリティも素晴らしい！
