ChefWith the motto of “deliciousness and fun”
After training at ``Enfort'' in Aoyama, in 2000 he trained at famous restaurants such as ``Jardin des Sens'' (then a three-star restaurant) in Montpellier, southern France. After returning to Japan, he worked as a chef at Akasaka "Chemin" for 6 years. Received one star in Michelin Guide 2008 and 2009. In April 2009, he opened "Restaurants Hiromichi" as owner-chef. Received one star in Michelin Guide 2011. It's a restaurant where you can casually enjoy delicious French cuisine without a pretentious atmosphere.
