誕生日のお祝いをしてもらいました。
初訪問。
恵比寿から少し歩いたお洒落な建物にあるお店。
席数はそんなに多くなく、アットホームな感じ。
シェフのご両親が山形だそうで、縁があるらしく、
山形の食材をメインに使われているそうです。
鮑、海老、ウニなど、
海鮮を多く使ったメニューが続き、メインはお肉。
最近の引き算のフレンチよりかは、
ソースしっかり楽しむようなフレンチですかね。
これは私の好みですが、
たまに抜けがあってもよかったかな。
ワインは美味しかったです。 ご馳走様でした。
