メニューは盛りだくさんですが、ハースではとにかくビステッカとチーズフォンデュ。特に目の前で焼いたお肉の仕上げをしてくれるビステッカは目にも舌にも美味しい逸品です。
お店は一階と地下一階。地下は行ったことがないけど、一階は通りを眺めながら食事やお話を楽しめるお席が一番最高です。
ビステッカは動画で撮ったのでこちらでは掲載できず残念ですが、他のお料理も負けていません。
チーズフォンデュ(冬季限定): パンもさることながら焼いた野菜にチーズをたっぷりとからめるとすごく幸せな気持ちになれます
国産黒毛和牛ローストビーフ カルパッチョ仕立て たっぷりマッシュルームとルッコラのせ: 長い名前はまさにその通りのお料理で生ものが苦手な相方も喜んで食べていました。
グラスワインは泡2、白3、赤3で準備があります。
ボトルワインもかなり充実しており、またウイスキーなどのハードリカーも素晴らしい品揃えです。
ただこの日はソムリエの方がワンオペで仕切っていたのでとてもサービスが大変そうでした。それ以外は特に気になるところはありませんでした。
