綺麗な盛り付けの写真に引き寄せられて、京のおばんざいを提供する和食のお店「小割烹おはし」で焼き魚御膳を食べてきました！
お店情報週末のランチタイムに訪問です。恵比寿駅直結のアトレ恵比寿6階にあり店内禁煙です。中目黒のchano-maと同じく商業藝術さん経営のお店です。
店内はカウンターが15席くらい、テーブル席が10卓ほどです。木目を基調とした調度品の数々がとても落ち着くお店です。
旬な魚を炭火焼で楽しむ！ランチメニュー
本日のお魚御膳(1600円)を注文しました。本日のお魚はスズキの塩焼きです。セット内容は、スズキの塩焼き、里芋と茄子とがんもの煮物、おぼろ豆腐、漬物、ご飯、味噌汁です。
焼き魚は焼き専門の職人さんがひと切れひと切れ丁寧に炭火で焼いています。そこで焼かれた魚が美味しくないはずがありません。
肉厚の身とパリパリに焼かれた皮がジューシーで食欲をかきたてます。スズキのさっぱりとした身にほんの少しの塩加減が職人技を感じさせます。
そして味噌汁。こちらの味噌汁はなんと白味噌です！実家ではお雑煮を白味噌で食べる習慣があり、それが毎年の楽しみなんですが、外食でそれが食べられるとは思いませんでした。まさにオフクロの味です。
ヘルシーデブ的感想
ランチメニューは、焼き魚や小鉢が充実していて食べごたえがあります。何よりも味噌汁が白味噌というのが自分的には高ポイントでした。恵比寿の駅ビルで駅からすぐの立地でかなり便利です。
