平日早目の昼に訪問です
入店時先客は数名でしたが退店時にはほぼ満席となりました
ボクがお願いしたものは
●本日のお魚とおばんざい御膳1749円税込
本日はさんまの塩焼きとの表記に釣られました
こちらは丁寧にじっくりと調理しているのでしょう
配膳までに20分程待ちました
まずは白味噌の味噌汁、上品な甘味と旨味、久しぶりに飲みましたが白味噌美味いです
ご飯はふっくらと炊かれかなりの美味さ、うーん恵比寿恐るべし
そしてメインの秋刀魚です
ちょっと細身ですが脂がのり旨味抜群、腹も苦味皆無で頭骨しっぽ以外全部食ってやりました
小鉢のガンモと茄子も大変に美味しい
〆のデザートまで美味しくいただきました
ご馳走様さまでした、美味しいご飯と味噌汁はお代わり無料でしたがグッ我慢です
