恵比寿西口にあるお肉の美味しいお店。
久々に会う友人と行きました。
東口のGEMSにもカルネジーオ イーストがありますが、本店のほうがアットホームでイーストはスタイリッシュな雰囲気なので使い分けてもいいかもしれません。
日向夏とブラッターチーズのカプレーゼは、柑橘の爽やかさとチーズの甘さでとても美味しい。通常のカプレーゼとは異なるけど、カプレーゼ史上いちばん美味しいかも？女性が好む味だと思います。
カルネサラダ(ハーフ)はお皿からこぼれそう…。お肉が何種類かゴロゴロはいってます。
ウチモモとイチボを100gずつ。ウチモモは赤身が多い肉、イチボは脂が多めとのことで、タイプの違うお肉をチョイスしました。
ウチモモは赤身だけど固いということもなく、塩にワサビでも美味しいし、醤油？につけても美味しいかったす。イチボは脂でジューシーでもちろん美味しいのですが、ウチモモのあとだと脂が多く感じちゃいました。もう脂控えめでいい年なのかな～
デザートのバーナーされたバナナはハーフでこの量で680円くらい。これは1人分ではなくシェアするサイズでしたね。バナナはキャラメリゼされて、バニラアイスといただきました。アイス多い。とにかく多い。値段まちがってない？
とにかく美味しいし満足。
お値段高めのイメージだったけど、ボリューム多いしむしろリーズナブルでした。
