恵比寿駅西口のロータリーを出て線路沿いに歩いてすぐ、看板も目立たないビルの地下1階にあります。北参道のタンタボッカの姉妹店と聞いていますので、自ずと期待感が高まります。店内はカジュアルで温かい雰囲気の中、満席のお客さんが楽しそうにお料理を楽しんでいます。
おつまみを数品、カルパッチョ、山盛り春菊、チーズ焼き、フリッター…どれも美味しく楽しめました。基本的に素材の味をしっかり引き出す、というお料理のポリシーを感じます。美味しいのでどんどん頼みたくなってしまいますが、そこはこの後のお肉のことも考えたペース配分が大事ですね。
そろそろお肉を…と促されて、お肉の部位を決めしばらく待つと、期待通りのお肉がしっかり出てきました。焼き加減も最高。パスタ、デザートまで頂いて、大満足です。さすがのお料理の数々。常にお客さんで溢れているのもよく分かりますね。また肉肉しくなった時はすぐにお伺いしたくなるのを確信しました。ごちそうさまでした。
