[Poster's Instagram] @summer_foodlog An underground Bistro near Ebisu Station that will appeal to carne (meat) lovers. On this day, I received habaki and peach peach. I preferred the habaki because it had less marbling and lighter lean meat, but both were fragrant and delicious when grilled over charcoal. Also, personally, the gnocchi in the third photo was the best. I think the way gnocchi is boiled is very important, but the gnocchi here had just the right amount of moisture or core remaining. It wasn't dry, nor was it too soft, so it was delicious.
