ガーデンプレイスから新橋通りを下り、ひっそり看板を掲げ、地下に降りると清潔感のあるお鮨屋さんが出迎えてくれます。
お昼のランチコースを予約してたので、ドリンクを頼んだ後は早速握りの準備を始めてくれます。
握りの提供スピードもちょうどよく、シャリとネタのバランスも良い
大将の気さくなお声がけも心地よく大変美味しい鮨ランチとなりました。
特に印象残ったのは
-春子鯛
さくら〆してあり、ほんのり桜の香りがしてとても美味しい
-タコ飯
あえて柔らかく煮過ぎず、食感を意識した逸品
-天然うなぎ
コースにはないネタでしたが、この日のおすすめということで注文しました。
肉厚でふっくら柔らかい身にパリッとこんがり香ばしく焼き上げた鰻に秘伝のタレをつけて仕上げた絶品ネタでした。
素晴らしいお鮨にこのコスパまた再訪します。
