恵比寿にある隠れ家的なフレンチ&ビストロ店に潜入！
結論から言うと、本当は教えたくないくらいよかった！
もうかなり有名とは思いますが…
名前は「アベス」
フランス パリの１８区にあるメトロ１２号線の
地下鉄の駅名と一緒
オーナーシェフはそのパリや各地で修行を積んだ
なかなかのやり手なんだとか・・・
その経験が、アベスの迫力のあるお料理と、
本場のエスプリが漂う内装へと結実しています
今回は数日前に予約してからの訪問
アラカルトで以下を注文。
◆秋トリュフとコンテチーズのオムレット（¥２３００）1枚目
フランスのコンテ地方で作られるコンテチーズ
ナッツのような風味というか、卵とうまく絡まって
ホクホク感も何とも良い。
追い討ちをかけるように秋トリュフが
芳醇さをプラスオンをしていく⭐️
◆真サバのマリネ（¥２１００）
SNSでよく見かける料理！
しめ鯖とは似てるけどなんか違う。
一度食べたら忘れられない味になりました
余分な水分はなく、ワインがきいてるんかな？
洋風で白ワインとの相性が抜群でした
◆黒毛和牛クリのロースト（¥４５００）
これまたピンクの断面が何とも えちえち なクリ
ナイフを入れるとギュッと引き締まった感じがやばい
今この文章を書きながらヨダレが口の中に広がってます・・・
こちらは重めの赤ワインと一緒に！
値段もある程度高いのも納得
◆田舎風パテ（¥１２００）
こちらは完全におつまみ要員。
噛めば噛むほどレバーのコクが口いっぱいに広がる
お酒が進むのよ・・・
デートや女子会にもうってつけ！
店員さんの接客もよかったのが印象的だった！
写真撮り忘れたけどワインも
お手頃な値段で美味しかった❤️
