恵比寿と広尾の中間ぐらいにある「アベス」さん
友人が予約をしてくれて初訪問。
アラカルトで下記オーダーとワイン3杯、ミネラルウォーターで
お会計は26,000円ほど！

・真サバのマリネ ☆
大根スライスの上にサバとシソが乗せられており盛り付けも美しいスペシャリテ！大根に染み込んだ甘酸っぱさがあいまって〆サバのような感じ！
・黒毛和牛のタルタル
アベスさんのシェフはきっと火入れのスペシャリストなのでしょう。何とも言えない生肉の感じを残した食感と、絶妙に火が入っている事での旨味爆発！丼で食べたい！！
・帆立のラビオリ
帆立が丸ごと包まれているラビオリ！ひもはソースのもとになり、ラビオリのもちっと感がまた帆立と相性が良い！
・サーモンのパイ包み焼き ☆
こちらは見た目も素敵なスペシャリテ！もうねぜひ食べてください！サーモンとパイのバランス最高！酸味のあるベアルネーズソースもめっちゃ合う！！
・和牛のロースト ☆
クリという前脚上部を使用したロースト。絶妙な火入れで肉汁や旨味がキープされており口の中で溢れ出る、、中央に近づくとさらに美味しくなる。。なんというスペシャリテ。。最高感動！！
今回はアベスさんの王道を頂いた感じ。
しかしさすが王道！
ほんと全部美味しかった！！
めっちゃ美味しかった！！
