恵比寿を代表するビストロと言っても過言じゃない、アベスさんに初訪問。
前々から行ってみたいと思っていたお店です。
電車が遅延してしまい、だいぶ遅くなってしまいましたが笑顔で受け入れてくれホールのスタッフの方はとっても気さく。最後にシェフも出てきてくれましたがとっても良い人たち。人柄含めてまたお伺いしたいです。

熊本さんあか牛クリのロースト
どれも見た目も味も大満足でした。
量は思ったより多くは無いので女性でも心配なく食べれそう。鯖のマリネ特に最高。。
1回転で、人不足なようでちょっと心配です。
