2年ほど前に偶々通りがかった際に見つけてお邪魔して以来、「恵比寿に来たらこの店は素通りできない」と言う感じで通っています。
カウンターに5～6席と4～5人掛けのテーブルが2セットの小さな店で、カウンターの奥が半オープンタイプのキッチンになっている小さな店ですが、軽いつまみからパスタなどの本格料理まで豊富なメニューが揃っているので、1軒目としても仕上げの1軒としても利用できます。
ワインも豊富に揃っており、かつ、価格もリーズナブルですし、味や値段の好みを伝えればお勧めの1本を用意してくれます。
しかし、この店の真の良いところはシェフの実力がフルに発揮される料理です。
ご出身は和食とうかがっています。そこで培った料理の腕がフルに発揮された料理を提供していただけます。
しっとり飲むには賑やかすぎますが、美味しい食事と美味しい酒を楽しむには恵比寿でベストな店だと思います。
前述の通り小さなお店なので、少人数で行くのがピッタリなお店です。
因みに、写真はシェフに無理言って作ってもらった「玉子料理」です。
写真からご理解いただけると思いますが、玉子は絶妙な火加減・茹で加減です。
ベーコンはまさに“カリカリ”、ソースはあくまでも玉子を引き立てるに留まっています。
