うっかり見落としてしまいそうなくらい、静かな外観のビルの4F。
恵比寿駅から近いのに、街の喧騒から解放されていてちょっと驚きました。
店内は明るくゆったりとした雰囲気で客層も落ち着いていて素敵！
ここにデートでさりげなく連れて行ったらモテますね(私見)
恵比寿だけに、先ずは樽生の「琥珀エビス」。
なめらかな泡が最高にクリーミーで、久しぶりにビールを美味しいと思ったわ。

どれも美味しかったけど、中でもお刺身と稚鮎の天ぷらは感動。
ただ切っただけでなく、お刺身それぞれに薬味が挟まれていたりと一手間。
稚鮎のほろ苦さと塩気、衣の軽さも絶妙！
土鍋ご飯はさすがに全部は食べ切れないなぁと思っていたら、お店の方から「残りはおむすびにしますのでお土産にお持ち帰りください」と最高のサービス！
翌日の朝ごはんも美味しい余韻に浸りました。
日本酒の種類も豊富なので、アラカルトでお酒をじっくり楽しむのも良し。
また恵比寿にお気に入りのお店が増えました❤︎
