確かに鮪を食べれば喜べると思う
恵比寿西口から徒歩３分、界隈には主に男女が交わる行為に適した設備を持つ部屋を、短時間若しくは宿泊で利用できる施設がずらりと並ぶ場所に在る当店。
カップル利用でこの店を選ぶ男性諸君はもしかしたら恋愛工学の上級者と言えるかもしれません。
さて、今回が４回目の利用となりました。店内はカウンターのみに着目すれば、いっぱしの寿司屋さん、それ以外に目を遣れば大衆居酒屋の体を為しています。
そして僕らが陣取ったのは後者に該当する小上がり席でした。
まずは生ビールの他、かき三種盛り、産地直送刺盛、銀杏、酒盗のマスカルポーネといったところからスタート！
生牡蠣は厚岸、桃取、サロマ湖産の三種で1,780円。食べ慣れた厚岸は言わずもがなですが、桃取産は特に濃厚でグッとくるものがありました。
産地直送の刺盛りはなかなかゴージャズで、内訳は以下の１０点だったと思います。たぶん。特に天然の鰤は人生で二番目に美味しかったです。

さて、生ビールは遥か昔とばかりに飲み干しており、芋焼酎のボトルも凄まじい勢いで消費されたタイミングで満を持して鮪の盛り合わせへと移行します。（結局、一刻者を３本空けました）
鮪は赤身、中とろ、ネギトロ、鉄火の4種が盛られ、シャリには赤酢が使用されていました。なお、この日の鮪はアイルランド産の本鮪でした。
中とろは文句無しに美味しかったのですが、個人的には少し熟成の効いた赤身のほうがインパクトとしては上だったような気がします。
やはり、ここは鮪が美味しいですね。
全体的に満足度も高く個人的にはお気に入りのお店ですが、鮪は必食かなと思います。

今回が5回目の利用ということで、なかなか好立地を生かしきれていませんが、改めて鮪の特に赤身がべらぼうに旨いと再認識しました。
こういったご時世なのでメニューはかなり絞られた印象ですが、品質に抜かりはありません。ざっくり下記のものを注文しました。
●鮪喜まぐろにぎり
●産地直送の刺身盛り
●殻付生ガキ
●白子ポン酢
●生蛸の唐揚げ
●玉子焼き
など
握りは赤酢の色濃く粘り気が強いですが、天然の生本鮪が抜群に旨く、とりわけ赤身のヘモグロビン臭は心地良く鼻から抜けてくれます。ちなみにこの日の鮪は岩手産とのことでした。
やはり、ここは鮪が美味しいですね。
