オムライスは2種類。
定番の自家製赤ワインソースか、週替わりソース。
この日の週替わりソースはクラムチャウダーソースだった。
今回は定番の自家製赤ワインソースをチョイス。
オムレツは、
メニュー名通りトロトロの半熟タイプで、やや厚みもある。
ほんのりと甘く、かつ塩気も感じるもので、単体でも美味しいと感じる味わい。
ライスは、
やや固めで水分少なめに仕上げられたバターライス。
具材は入っていないが、胡椒はたっぷりと入っており、スパイシーに感じるほど。
そして何より美味しかったのは自家製の赤ワインソース。
サラッとした粘度低めなソースで、赤ワインの香りがギュッと凝縮されている。
味のベースは酸味だが、ほんのりと甘味も感じるもので、胡椒の効いたバターライスとの相性は良い。
オムレツ、ライス、ソースのバランスが取れた、シンプルだが完成度の高いオムライスだった。
ちなみにランチタイムはサラダバーが無料となっており、フレッシュな新鮮野菜や、自家製の野菜系のおかずまで用意がある。
特にこの日はナスの煮浸しが非常に美味しく、何度もお代わりしたくなるほど。
また、それにかけるドレッシングも自家製で、
・オニオンドレッシング
・マヨネーズドレッシング
・ニンジンドレッシング
の3種のご用意があったが、どれも本格的かつ非常に美味しく、これだけでも価値がある。
恵比寿のアクセスのいいエリアで、かつメインにサラダバーがついて、1,300円というのはかなりコスパがいい。
【まとめ】
恵比寿駅を出て、恵比寿公園方面に進んだところにある、ワインバー「イル ジェンティーレ」さん。
こちらは2014年2月にオープンして以降、隠れ家バーとして長らく影響を続けてきたお店である。
この日は平日のランチタイムの12:10ごろに訪問。
店内はお客さんはおらず、我々が1組目のような雰囲気だった。
しかしながら12:30を超えると、一気にお客さんは増えていき、気づけば満席。
常連の方が多い様子で、やはり人気は高そう。
ランチタイムは予約不可なので、早めの時間の訪問がオススメ。
ランチタイムのコスパの良さはオススメできるレベルで、店内の雰囲気も良さそうだったので、ディナータイムのワインバーとしての利用も良さそう。
お店自体がそれほど多くないので、貸切会なんかもしやすいかと。
