ふぐの薄造りを備長炭に直にのせて炙るのが斬新でした。お吸い物の出汁が優しく深く、美味しかったです。
接待で利用。
若き大将と、綺麗な女将さん。
和食ってやっぱり素晴らしいと気がつかされる一品逸品。
ラストの土鍋ご飯が印象的。
お食事はもちろんのこと、カウンターのつくりもかっこよく、お店の雰囲気が良かったのと、何よりも、店主夫婦はじめ、料理人の方の対応も素敵でした。
また季節が変わったら、絶対行きます。
