恵比寿駅東口の「ナイトオウル」さんにて、サクッとゼロ次会を済ませた後は、西口から歩いてすぐにお店を構える「恵比寿牡蠣ツ端」（かきつばた）さんに初チャレンジ！8月にオープンしたばかりの新しいお店ですが、日本酒ラインナップが豊富らしいのと、生ガキなどが頂けるとのことで予約して伺いましたー。
さすがに連休明けの火曜日夜だったので、お店もそれほど混んでおらずテーブル席にて飲み会スタート！もちろんスタートは自分だけ日本酒をかなりの数飲み比べてしまいましたー。1杯グラス（480円＋税）提供なので、調子に乗って利き酒しちゃいましたねー（笑）
「超王祿」「澤屋まつもと」「十九」「日高見」「白ばくれん」「赤武」「篠峯」などの美酒を飲み比べすることができたので、個人的に大満足！親切な女性スタッフさんにオススメしてもらったり、冷蔵庫を拝見して気になった銘柄を飲ませていただきましたー。
食べ物はもちろん、看板の生ガキ食べ比べということで、3種盛り合わせからスタート！他にも焼き物系は「炉端焼き」らしく「銀だら西京焼き」「豚バラ＆野菜巻き」などを追加！こちらも焼きたてホヤホヤ＆ジューシーなお料理を頂いて、最後はコロッケ＆出汁巻き玉子を追加してごちそうさまでした。
結局、約4時間ゆるーりと飲み食いして、かなり色々とオーダーしたのでお会計は一人あたり約7000円と膨らんでしまいましたが、久しぶりの生ガキ食べ比べとラインナップ豊富な日本酒を利き酒できたので、トータル評価は☆3.8とさせていただきます！
↓日本酒1杯目は「超王祿」（ちょうおうろく）無濾過本生26BY仕込み第12号でカンパーーイ！
↓日本酒2杯目は、1杯目の王祿が少なかったので、サービスしていただいた「澤屋まつもと」守破離純米！
↓日本酒3杯目は「十九」（じゅうく）Anatroccolo（アナトロコッロ）をオーダー！
↓日本酒4杯目は「日高見」（ひたかみ）辛口60低温貯蔵をオーダー！
↓まずは「生牡蠣の3種食べ比べ」1280円をオーダー！産地によってテイストがまったく違いますねー。
↓その後は「コフィンベイ」（豪州）、「アイリッシュプレミアム」（アイルランド）、「大槌」（岩手県）の生ガキをそれぞれ追加！個人的には「アイリッシュプレミアム」が美味しかったですー。
↓こちらは「あん肝ポン酢」！まったりとしたテイストが日本酒に合います！
↓炉端焼きは「銀だら西京焼き」（1080円）でスタート！脂が乗っててジューシー！
↓こちらは「ネギ巻き串」（1本330円）！
↓続いてこちらもテッパンな「アスパラ巻き串」（1本330円）！
↓こちらはヘルスィな「レタス巻き串」（1本330円）！
↓こちらもヘルスィな「プチトマト串」（1本330円）！
↓こちらは「ニラチーズ串」（1本330円）！
↓こちらもヘルスィな「野菜焼き盛り合わせ」880円！
