まさかのとろろがもつ鍋に！これが合う！
とろみのかかった汁は飲み干してしまいそうなくらい
あっさりしていてくどくない。
具材には明太子入りの揚げ出し豆腐！これをほぐせば
明太子入りのもつ鍋の完成。いいアクセントになりたまらない。
締めにはもつ鍋にまさかのそば！初の鍋に締めそばでしたが、
本場流なのかとにかくうまい。コシのある麺に旨味が染み出した
汁がよく絡み最後に最適な一品でした！
オーナーの東京で本場の味を食べてもらいたい思いが詰まった料理が
堪能できるもつ鍋屋さんです。
