Kirari's proud Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) 's carefully selected special beef offal uses the offal of Iki beef, which is said to be a mythical cow, and is particular about the preparation of the offal (hormone), which is usually done in one go. We provide our customers with special treatment, such as double treatment. Also, while most offal Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) restaurants use frozen offal, we use raw beef offal (fresh offal). This is why you can eat tender and delicious beef offal!
Food ``Kiranabe'' and ``Meguro Nabe'', which can only be tasted using Kirari, are must-try!
The ``Meguro Nabe'' with burnt garlic oil called ``maryu'' used in Kumamoto Ramen and the ``Kairanashi Nabe'' with grated raw yam (Japanese yam) sprinkled with grated yam are not available at other Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) restaurants.
