まずお内装の白黒モノトーンが、尖りすぎてなくで優しいモノトーンで素敵です。
これぞ恵比寿というイメージを体現してると言っても過言ではないと思います。
お料理の各皿ごとにテーマとなる色があり、料理に合うパンがそれぞれペアリングされているのも、とてもオシャレですね。
そして、恵比寿で生まれては消えていく雰囲気や企画だけのお店とは違って、こちらのお料理は、食材の素材の良さと組合せのバランスの良さに、丁寧に手間をかけた腕の良さと、味も素晴らしいお店ですね。
イルミネーションが終わる時間を気にして退店時間を先に聞いてお料理のペースを調整してくれた気遣いも素晴らしい。
