うしごろグループが手がける、モダンチャイニーズ。　恵比寿の線路沿いに佇むビルの2階にあるお店は、シックで都会的な雰囲気の空間。
伝統料理をベースに、少々軽快でシャレたプレゼンテーション、シックなテーブルウェアにて、提供されるお料理たち。

トリュフ春雨など、フレンチタッチな前菜などを織り交ぜながら、酢豚などの定番メニューも小さなポーションで上品。

今回、ホリデーランチコース「牡丹」を2名いただきましたが、大皿にて提供されるメニューは、ウエーターの方がきれいに2ポーションに分けてくださり、そのお気遣いや盛り方など、サービスレベルもホテル並みの高さ。
