Food Yatsugatake Toriko chicken raised for “Toriko”! It's soulful yakitori!
The chickens are raised without stress in an environment surrounded by nature, drinking the clear groundwater of Mt. Yatsugatake. The bait is made mainly from non-GMO corn and also contains 33 types of herbs. Enjoy the sweet fat and moderately elastic meat. Each skewer is carefully grilled over Bincho charcoal by a craftsman. Compared to gas or electricity, you can grill delicious, soft food without losing the flavor and moisture of the food.
