平日12時に予約して伺いました。
カウンターの席はほぼ満席の状態だったので
予約して来店するのが良さそうです。
席は景色の見えるテーブル席にご案内いただきました。
天気が良かったのでちょうど真ん中に東京タワーが見える
眺めのいい景色でした◎！
今回は3名から予約可能なランチ限定コースをいただきました。

-高野豆腐とふろふき大根
高野豆腐がもちもちっとした食感で
杏仁豆腐？のような味がしたのでびっくりしました。
大根は肉味噌と柚子の相性がよく美味しかったです。
⬜︎サラダ(にんじんドレッシング)
ドレッシングも濃過ぎない
さっぱりした味でした。
⬜︎串五本(肉串四本/野菜一本)
-トマト
中が柔らかく酸味があり
とけるようた食感が美味しかったです。
-ささみ
パサパサしすぎておらず、
もちっとした感じが美味しいなと思いました。
淡白な味にわさびがよく合いました！
-せせり
炭の味と弾力感があって美味しかったです。
塩気もいい具合でした。
-ふりそで
噛み応えがあり、
炭とタレの味がしっかりとして
とっても好みでした。
-つくね
中の熱々さと柔らかさが美味しく
山椒がよく合いました。
焦げ目も含め美味しかったです。
⬜︎八ヶ岳玉子の親子丼(小)
白身のトロトロが残っていて
焼鳥の食感と卵の白身のとろっと感が美味しかったです。
黄身は割と固まっているかなという印象でした。
山椒をかけて食べるのが
とてもおいしかったです。
味は濃過ぎず鳥本来の味も
お米の甘味もしっかり味わえました。
一緒についていた出汁は少し味薄めかな？と感じました。
付け合わせの刃物の漬物？は
さっぱりとしていてシャキシャキした食感が
口をリセットしてくれる感じがしてよかったです。
途中まで量的に足りるのかな？と思ったのですが
ゆっくりいただいているとちょうどいいくらいの
満腹感にはなりました。
お昼から焼鳥を食べることはなかなかないので
お酒が欲しくなってしまいましたが
たまにのご褒美ランチには席も含めて
ピッタリなお店だなと思いました。
個人的にはタレの串メニューがとても美味しかったです！
