平日11時過ぎに一人で訪問。店内は空いている。
店内で薄暗くスタイリッシュで大人の雰囲気抜群。
ジャズのBGMが心地よく、昔ながらの鰻屋とは一線を画す雰囲気。
席はテーブル席、カウンター席ともに豊富。グループでもお一人様でも気軽に来られる感じ。
カウンター席にすぐに案内される。

・卵豆腐とお新香が付く。
・注文してから30分程で出来上がり。
・外側はカリっ、中はふんわり。でも身がしっかりと感じられる。
・やや甘めのタレが相性抜群。
・炭火焼きの香ばしい香りとうなぎのふんわりとした旨味が最高のハーモニー。
・ご飯はやや少なめなので、安心して完食できる。
・卵豆腐も出汁が効いていて美味しい。
・肝吸いやお新香も控えめな味付けで優しい味わい。
あっという間に完食。支払いはクレジットカード可。
