恵比寿にある秋田地酒と秋田料理のお店です。
バーのような洗練されたお洒落な空間で、しかも秋田地酒はグランドメニュー以外に月限定入荷の珍しいものも取り揃えられていて大満足でした！

「えびよろ」の後に軽くもう1軒！と思っていたら、同じGEMSの地下にこちらのお店を発見。
東京駅のKITTEにある秋田料理店の系列の様子。
この日の主役は、秋田の日本酒をこよなく愛する秋田県出身者だったのと、なぜかみんな秋田好きで時々秋田料理の店に行くような仲だったので、ちょうど良いということで立ち寄ってみました。
デフォルトだと、日本酒をワイングラスでいただくようなお洒落なお店ですが、お猪口も出してくれます。
いぶりがっこチーズは燻製感が強く、今まで食べたものの中でも上位に来る美味しさでした。
秋田の中でもレアなお酒が揃っているのと、立地の関係もあり、価格はお高めですが、お味には大満足。
落ち着いたオシャレな雰囲気の中で日本酒を楽しめる、2軒目使いにも良い感じのお店です。
