You can enjoy pairing Akita Junmai sake with food. Junmai sake is full of individuality and is brewed in a variety of types, each with its own aroma, taste, and aftertaste. Our sake masters will listen to your tastes and suggest different types of Akita Junmai sake, such as fruity, mellow, umami, and dry, and suggest the appeal of a variety of Akita Junmai sake made from rice.
Food ◆Hinai chicken, one of Japan's three most delicious chickens◆
We use whole chickens sent directly from Hinai-cho, Akita Prefecture, and prepare them in-house. We carefully prepare skewers to suit the number of people visiting our restaurant, paying close attention to the freshness of the fish so that it can be eaten as sashimi. We strive to provide luxurious menus that include rare parts to as many customers as possible, but there may be cases where rare or popular parts are sold out. A modern Japanese space filled with traditional treasures. In particular, the sake tank in front of the store is a historical antique that has been producing sake for half a century. There are over 600 bottles of sake in the lined-up ice-warmed warehouses, which are aging and waiting to be uncorked. It's a spectacular view that fans of Akita Junmaishu cannot resist. We will provide you with a quality time while paying respect to our accumulated culture and history.
