My second favorite place is "Ebisu". lol I usually like places a little further down the alleys than the main streets, and I have a mysterious confidence that I have never been disappointed with the restaurants in my favorite places lol Also, when I come to Ebisu, I somehow feel like drinking delicious beer or authentic cocktails. lol Maybe it's because I feel like the whole town is saying "It's delicious, so please order anything you like" lol This time, I visited a restaurant that a friend who likes beer had looked up in advance because he wanted to drink craft beer. On the Ebisu Park and Ebisu Shrine side...Looking at the map, it seems a little far from the station, but in reality it probably took less than 5 minutes...I think it's just behind Ebisu Shrine, walking to the right of the big street after leaving the west exit? It's surprisingly close and I think you can get there without getting lost, but it's a little dark at night so it may be difficult to find. There is a blackboard with craft beer signs in front of the store, and there seem to be about 9 types, so it seems like there is a wide variety. I'm now a full-fledged beer drinker, but there are still some beers I can't drink, so it's reassuring to have several varieties. Well, if you go with a beer lover, you can drink anything, so that's fine. First, the "Kaoru Weizen". When I asked the staff what kind of beer is easy to drink and good for a first drink, they recommended this one. There were various features written on the menu, so it was easy to understand, but the name is what makes it so great. And it's rare to see a "white beer". Maybe it's because they use wheat malt, but it has a fluffy mouthfeel and a fruity taste, so it's easy to drink. The color is also gentle, so it's recommended for women. By the way, I'm not a big fan of dark beers... I want to get used to things I don't like, so I had my friend order a "bitter stout" 100% dark malt with bitter hops. It looks more like a dark beer....it looks like black marker ink lol, but the aroma of beer is fragrant, and according to my friend who likes beer, it has a rich, full-bodied taste. The flavor is also heavy, and he said he could drink this alone with snacks for a long time. lol By the way, I asked the staff at the bar to borrow a small glass and share some with me (I know I shouldn't actually do that...but thank you for being so flexible, tears). As for me...yeah, this is a taste that clearly divides people's tastes... lol The staff at the bar recommended the "Golden Ale" to me if I like Weizen. It uses some citra hops, so it's refreshing but also full-bodied, and I ended up drinking this one from start to finish lol It goes well with food, has a rich flavor, and is easy to drink. It's delicious. I highly recommend it. The dishes were cheese dak galbi, fresh fish carpaccio, caprese, fried half chicken, and local chicken sausage. It was the usual "order too much" pattern, but don't worry about it lol. It feels like it's been a while since I've had dak galbi, I was addicted to it for a while, so I felt like I was eating it all the time lol. The two kinds of cheese melted and mixed with the chicken in the sweet and spicy sauce was very delicious. I still like it, but I tend to want to drink wine quite a bit, but maybe it's because the craft beer has a strong flavor? It goes well with the dak galbi and doubles the deliciousness. Carpaccio and caprese. It's stylish, I'll get bloated if I don't eat something light, so it's a good choice for me lol. The fresh fish seems to change daily, but on this day, amberjack and sweet shrimp, two things that I usually eat as sashimi, appeared as carpaccio, and the Western-style version had a refined, creamy taste. At first glance, the portion size of the fried chicken seems a bit large, but the crazy salt made it easy to eat, and I was starting to crave something salty, so I could drink as much as I wanted with the change in taste. However, it's a bit difficult to share, because you can't really enjoy it unless you're good friends. Actually, the local chicken sausage is what I wanted to eat the most. I rarely eat chicken sausage, so I was excited to see what it would taste like. I felt like I ordered too much, but I figured that local chicken would be light, and I was right. Of course, it has the weight that is typical of sausages, but it's light and fluffy on the tongue. It might go well with a strong beer. Personally, if they had sauerkraut, I wouldn't have complained. Lol In addition to craft beer, they also have sake and wine, and I think they probably have only private rooms, but the private room near the restroom? is really gorgeous! THE Ebisu! That's how it felt lol. There were rooms that seemed convenient for girls' nights or group dates, and I thought it could be used for a variety of purposes.
