恵比寿にあるフレンチ
1日2組限定ということで、今回は貸切にして頂きました
ごはんは基本的に個室が好きなので、貸切だとより気兼ねなく過ごせるので良いですね
ここのお店のすごいところはオーナーシェフのワンオペなところ
サービスする人くらいは別にいるのかと思いきや、完全にワンオペ
でも、慌ただしさも無く、かと言って手持ち無沙汰にすることもないのでこの凄いオペレーションですね
料理は馬肉のタルタル
フォアグラと仔ウサギのテリーヌ
活〆鱧のグリエとフルーツトマトマリネ
甘鯛と黒トリュフのムースパイ包み焼き
シャラン鴨ロースト
桃のコンポートとライチ風味ヨーグルトシャーベット
特に好みだったのはシャラン鴨とパイ包みでした
パイ包みは熱々とメニューにあるだけあってかなり熱々です
追加でチーズを色々と
ブルー系もクセは控えめ系、エポワスは個人的に好きです
