I booked a Christmas limited course and visited with my wife. Baccarat at Ebisu Garden Place is amazing every year. The course looks like this.・Iberian pork salami and choux pastry ・Lobster and cauliflower mousse ・Smoked duck breast and foie gras ・Breaded whitebait/grilled maitake mushrooms ・Scallop and sole in pie wrap ・Grilled beef loin ・Fromage blanc ・Mi Nyardiz ・Champagne (included in the course) ・Coffee after the meal (included in the course) ・Beer ・Cider ・Glass of wine (red) All dishes were of high quality, and when eaten as is or with sauce etc. The taste and aroma have completely changed. All dishes were delicious. My favorites are the breaded shirako and the grilled maitake mushrooms. Shirako is covered in breadcrumbs, so it's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. If you eat it as is, you can enjoy the aroma and rich taste of shirako, but since the maitake mushrooms are also roasted, they have a strong aroma, so whether you eat them alone or with shirako in your mouth, you can enjoy the richness. Masu. My wife especially liked the scallop and sole pie. Since it is wrapped in a pie, the aroma and taste are also locked in, and it feels like they burst out the moment you eat it. I was also impressed by how stylish all the plates were. The loin meat is tender and has just the right amount of fat, and the flavor of the meat and the flavor of the fat spread in your mouth. Also, if you eat it with sauce, it will be even richer. The first choux pastry surprised me, but I was very satisfied with everything until the final dessert. Normally, the shop only has two groups of customers in the daytime and night, but at this time of year there were five groups of customers because it was Christmas, and the owner apologized for the poor operation, but it was certainly busy. I got the impression that they were running around, but there was nothing particularly unpleasant about it. However, this is a store I would like to visit again during normal business hours.
