ここは以前、やはりこだわりの生パスタに感動した
マジカメンテがあった場所かな？
平日夜ながら若い人たちを中心に満席
すごい人気です
「バーカロ」とはヴェネツィア独自の立飲みスタイル
「ネーロ」は黒ですね
とはいえ若きシェフの作り出すお料理は本格派
たくさんの種類の自家製生パスタに
火入れも抜群でボリューミーな魚とお肉も素晴らしい
生ハムやブラッターチーズの前菜盛り合わせからスタート
ご自慢の生パスタは2皿
ショートとロングでいただきました
まず、オレキエッテをタコのソースで
このソースも繊細かつ奥深い味わいでめっちゃ美味しい
ロングは大好きなピーチを鹿肉のラグーソースで
なめらかな麺とソースの相性が抜群です
大振りの鹿肉がゴロゴロもりもり
ちなみにピーチを麺あげで撮影するのは
難易度が高い技ですが、
美味しそうに撮影できたので見てくださいね
お魚はカボスブリのロースト
レアな絶妙の火入れが伝わるでしょうか？
とオリーブオイルだけでいただける美味しさ
お肉はイベリコベジョータ
脂身の部分がとっても甘くて
赤身も味わい深くて美味しかった
サービスの方も満席の忙しさの中
