恵比寿駅西口から徒歩3分ほど。恵比寿神社の裏手にあるイタリアンです。
この辺りは駅近だけど静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で恵比寿の中でも私の好きなエリア。
ガラス張りのファザードは開放感があり外にはテラス席、店内はカーブした長テーブル型のカウンターと2人～4人のテーブル席が並び奥にはソファ席もありました。
手元のメニューの他、黒板には季節メニューが書かれどれも美味しそうすぎて目が泳ぎます。
今回は季節のおすすめを中心に構成されたフルコース(6,000円）をお願いしました。

本当に黒板メニュー中心で季節感がありちょっと珍しい食材も使われていました。
前菜だけでも気になったメニューの全部盛りで大満足。
パスタには私が大好きなイカ墨がキター！
ねっとりとイカ墨の出汁が効いたソースが細麺に絡まりなんとも味わい深いです。
かぼすぶりはエサにかぼすを使用したぶりで柑橘の作用で脂がさっぱりして臭みがないよう養殖されたもの。
お寿司屋さんで食べたことがあったのですがイタリアンで出てきたのは意外でした。
本当に脂乗り良くもフレッシュな食べ心地で添えられたキャベツペーストとの相性も良かったです。
この価格帯のフルコースで肉が鹿肉だったのにはびっくりでした。
ジビエの入ったコースってもっともっと値が張るイメージだったので。
赤身の肉肉しい濃厚な鹿肉を味わえて嬉しすぎる一品でした。
ドルチェは黒板を見ながらどれがくるかなと思っていたらなんと3種盛り！
いろいろ少しずつ食べたくなる気持ちを分かってらっしゃるｗ
ドリンクはワインがバイザグラスで様々なタイプ用意されているのが特徴的。
グラスだとハウスワインくらいしかないお店が多いのでいろいろ選べるのは嬉しいです。
各料理のイメージに合わせて選びドルチェと一緒に甘口のデザートワインもいただきました。
料理もドリンクもカジュアルなイメージから想像するよりずっと本格的で高級イタリアンのような満足感が得られます。
サービスも適度な距離感で心地よく過ごせました。
今回はコースでがっつりいきましたがちょっと一杯とかデザートだけとかでも利用可のとこと。
様々なシーンに使えてここは幅広くお勧めです。
