前菜のポテトサラダは、芋感を存分に感じられる程ゴロゴロにカットされている。
パテドカンパーニュ は、それぞれの素材の風味も活かされていて美味しい。
メインディッシュのトリュフオムレツ とプレロッティは名物料理とのこと。
トリュフオムレツは、とにかく中がふわふわでデミグラスソースをたっぷりかけて食べるべき。
ローストチキンは、ソースとジューシーな各部位、更にバターとトリュフの香りが豊かなマッシュポテトとの全体的なバランスが良くてあっと言う間に完食した。 途中で追加注文したヴィオニエ(グラスの白ワイン)とも厚みと相性がマッチして今回のMVP。
それぞれの料理のクオリティが高く、更にグラスワインが料理との相性を考えられたラインナップで¥4,000ちょっとなのは非常に嬉しい。
このコースの名前の通り、お得すぎる。
スタッフさんの対応も素早くて、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができた。
