✎恵比寿で1軒目から2軒目と使い勝手の良い隠れ屋イタリアン!!
恵比寿駅から徒歩3分という好立地。
普段通る道なのにも関わらず今まで見落としていた、、
今回はコースにペアリングを注文。
各料理とワインのペアリングが至福すぎた。
一推しは黒毛和牛の薪焼き。
薪で仕上げられた黒毛和牛は非常に柔らかく程よいジューシーさ。
ナイフがいらないというのはこういうこと。
また穴子のフリットも印象的。
衣がサクッとしながら中はふっくら。
添えてある山椒マヨネーズをつけていただけば笑が溢れる。
全体的にコースのボリュームは少し物足りなさを感じたが十分満足はできる。
店内はウッド基調でお洒落な雰囲気。
カウンター席、テーブル席がありデートや女子会に最適。
デートの場合はカウンター席が良いのでは。
しっぽりと食事とお酒を楽しみたい方におすすめ。
