On this day, after work in Ebisu, I had the usual farewell party with my seniors. Apparently my senior had made some money playing pachinko, so he said I could order whatever I wanted, so I ordered lobster sashimi. I'm so happy. It's sweet and delicious. Ise lobster is the best! ! And crab cream Croquette. Crab claw type. It looks delicious and the presentation is stylish. Thick and creamy. Sometimes I also have fresh lemon sour. It has a lot of lemon in it and looks refreshing. I also ordered Oyster gratin. yeah? Is there sauce on it? ? I thought it was covered in black vinegar. What about black vinegar? ? ?
