最近なんの記録も残さずに旅をしていることが多くなりました。多分記憶喪失っていう病気です。そんなポンコツですが、恵比寿で二次会。そろそろ日本酒が飲みたい。
日本酒バーはいっぱいで、フラリと見つけたこちら。4店舗もあるみたいですね。今見直すと「シナトラ」なんて名前だったんですね。日本酒があってラッキーでした。おしゃれな感じですが、入りやすくてよかった。
とりあえず初心を忘れず、ビールで乾杯です。最初から最後まで、いつでも行けるビール、最高です。
案外見たことない日本酒があるなぁ…
お姉さんに聞いてみると、そんなに飲んでないみたいですが、結構いいものをオススメしてくれる。グラスで900円くらい。やはり秋田と比べるとちょい高ですが、まぁこんなもんですね。日本酒ってすぐ無くなっちゃうのが嫌なんですよね。もうマジシャンっていうか。
そんな福田さんは、うすにごりなんで梨ジュースですね。たまに飲むと旨い。
日本酒のアテですから、イサキだったか、後は山芋の梅炊き。梅をゴリゴリ潰す。イサキもミゾレのような味つけ、臭みもなく本当にいい魚です。
〆の一杯が我らが新潟の酒、加茂錦。あぁ見たことある…これは旨い酒だ…って本当に旨い酒だった。旨いなんて思うことが最近ないので本当に嬉しかった。
