ジリオン系の飲み屋が好きで、近くに行く機会があれば積極的に利用するようにしています。この日は恵比寿の「酒場シナトラ」へ。駅から歩いて5分ほどの飲み屋街にあり、姉妹店「東京和食りくう」の1階です。
店内は厨房を取り囲むカウンターが10席ほどにテーブルが結構あって、トータルでは50席ぐらいはありそうです。目黒のシナトラのスタッフは野郎ばっかりですが、当店は何故か女の子ばっかりでした。目黒・恵比寿スタッフ懇親飲み会とか盛り上がりそう。
ビールは大瓶で880円と悪くない価格設定。また、無農薬ノーワックスレモンを丸ごと使用した「生レモンサワー」も人気のようです。日本酒はかなり割高で、このあたりの価格設定は上階の「東京和食りくう」の芸風を引き継いでいるのかもしれません。
ハツ刺し。一般的な焼き肉屋のそれに比べると大ぶりの厚切りであり食べ応えあり。科学的根拠はありませんが、めちゃヘルシーな予感がします。
クレソンの本山葵和え。クレソンの苦味と山葵の青い辛味が程よくマッチし大人の味わい。しかしながら量は少なく、味は良いだけにもっと山盛り食べたいなあというお気持ちです。
蓮根としめじのきんぴら。蓮根はシャクシャク、しめじはクニクニと楽しい食感が続きます。味付けは醤油ベースで程よく甘味があり、どろりと濃厚ドロリッチ。
ブリの塩たたき。美味しいのですがプレゼンテーションがオシャレすぎであり、見た目の量が少なく見えてしまいます。この日わたしは沖縄から帰ってきたばかりであり、松尾の「飯ト寿小やじ（めしとことぶきこやじ）」の同メニューとつい比べてしまいました。
〆は看板メニューの「肉豆腐」。牛のスネ肉がゴッチリ旨く、またそのエキスを吸った大量の絹ごし豆腐もいとおかし。フランス料理における牛の煮込みを彷彿とさせる迫力がありました。
この日はサク飲みでひとりあたり5-6千円といったところですが、グループでしっかり飲むなら飲み放題プランで予約するのが吉。酒場と名乗りつつ料理はいずれもそのへんの居酒屋とはダンチの旨さであり、割烹料理店に比肩する味わいの良さです。人気店なので予約はお早めに。
